Fairway View Feedback
“Since the change of manager from October of 2013 the home is run more efficiently. Staff are more aware of resident's needs and the cleanliness of the bedrooms/home is excellent. Rooms cleaned regularly, bathrooms clean and smell pleasant. Home run by friendly staff and they seem happy in their work. "
“Whilst my mother was suffering for what turned out to be a treminal illness, the staff at Chater Lodge took our mother in gave her comfort, pride and dignity throughout her stay, even when it came to fighting agencies to support mum's stay, they took the problem head on. All the staff were welcoming, understanding and appreciated the needs of our mum. So much so that mum thought it was a holiday. We are thankful for Chater Lodge. "
“Homely atmosphere and decor. Excellent friendly and compassionate care. Excellent food. Excellent, kind, caring and professional staff. Staff take a real interest in clients and treat them with dignity and respect. Even the catering staff get to know residents and cater for their likes and dislikes. "
