Debbie joined Ideal Carehomes in March 2019, following a care career that spans over 30 years to date.
Starting out as a nurse, Debbie gained valuable experience which she was able to draw on once in her post as Home Manager just four years later. Since then, Debbie has managed homes varying in size from 40 to 180 rooms.
She has a great understanding of all aspects of care and now in her current role as Regional Director in our West Yorkshire homes, she is passionate about passing on the skills she has learnt along the way.
