91-Year-Old Care Home Resident Takes to TikTok to Contact Idol, Michael Bublé

91-year-old Rivendell View care home resident, June Pinner, took to TikTok recently hoping that her wish to hear from her all-time favourite artist, Michael Bublé, will come true.

Jazz-loving June moved to Rivendell View in Stoke Bardolph in June 2022 to be close to her daughter, Gill.

After learning that June is a Michael Bublé super-fan, the care staff at Rivendell View are now determined to make June’s wish come true. The Home Manager at Rivendell View, Lisa Tungate, said,

‘We always do everything in our power to make our residents’ dreams come true, no matter how big! June would be over the moon to hear from her hero, Michael Bublé, she adores his singing – she even has a Michael Bublé calendar on show in her bedroom!’

June said, ‘I first saw Michael Bublé on the television around ten years ago. I thought he was absolutely gorgeous and then I heard him sing – I’ve been a fan ever since!

‘It would be such a pleasure to hear from Michael Bublé, I just love him so much! He’s terrific at everything, I’d love to meet him – I’d also like to know if he’s any good at making a cup of tea.’
