Dewsbury Care Home Cordially Invites Community to Coronation Garden Party
Residents and staff at Ashworth Grange care home in Dewsbury are gearing up to throw a King’s Coronation Garden Party to remember with their local community.
On Saturday 6th May from 11:00, all are welcome to join Ashworth Grange for live entertainment by singer, Gavin Stevenson, games, face painting, refreshments and a live screening of the coronation.
At 12:30, guests will enjoy a traditional English afternoon tea, freshly prepared by the home’s kitchen team. Sharon Troy, the Home Manager at Ashworth Grange, said,
‘Our residents are thrilled to be celebrating the coronation of King Charles III with their families and friends here at Ashworth Grange, where we’ll be throwing a Garden Party fit for royalty.
‘Our staff members will be honouring all things Great Britain by wearing red, white and blue, and with lots of fun activities to take part in, our residents and guests are sure to have a blast.
‘We can’t wait to see everyone there and make this a memorable occasion for all!’
