Leicester Care Home Congratulates Staff Member on Decade of Dedication

Kerrie Gray, a kitchen assistant at Bradley Hall care home in Leicester, is celebrating her ‘Decade of Dedication’ to residents in the home after joining the team in 2014.

Having previously cared for an elderly couple before her role at Bradley Hall, Kerrie knew she wanted to remain a part of the social care sector.

Kerrie said, ‘During my ten years working at Bradley Hall I have been lucky enough to work alongside some amazing people. Being part of such a caring team makes coming into work a pleasure, and I love to create mealtimes that put smiles on all of our residents’ faces.

‘It’s crazy how quickly ten years have flown by!’

In celebration of the milestone, colleagues showered Kerrie with gifts to thank her for the commitment and dedication shown over the past decade.

Sarah Clark, the Home Manager at Bradley Hall, added, ‘Kerrie has been an invaluable asset to our home, not just to the kitchen team, but to the whole Bradley Hall family.

Kerrie has been a constant support to everyone, and goes out of her way to ensure residents feel special and cared for.’
