Volunteers from Xylem Water Solutions spent the day with residents at Rivendell View care home in Stoke Bardolph as part of the company’s latest community project.
The volunteers spent their time gardening, playing games, reading and chatting with the residents, who enjoyed getting to know the volunteers. 91-year-old resident Janet Watchorn said,
‘It was really lovely of them to come along and spend their time with us. We all had a wonderful day, I especially enjoyed having a song and dance with them!’
