Stoke on Trent Care Home Welcomes Lord Mayor Lyn Sharpe and Local MP Gareth Snell to Community Dog Show
Coopers Croft care home in Stoke on Trent welcomed Lord Mayor Lyn Sharpe and Local MP Gareth Snell to their community Dog Show as guest judges.
Open to all local canines and owners, proceeds from the dog show were split between Luosko German Shepard Rescue and Animal Life Line.
Stoke on Trent pup owners had the chance to enter their furry friend into nine categories:
• Cutest Puppy
• Prettiest Girl
• Most Handsome Boy
• Waggiest Tail
• Best Rescue
• Golden Oldie
• Best Trick
• Best Dressed
• Judges Favourite
Lord Mayor Lyn Sharpe commented, ‘Thank you for the invite to such a lovely event; I intend on coming next year with my little mongrel, Flo. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, all the pooches were adorable and in my eyes all were winners.’
Gareth Snell added, ‘It was a great pleasure to join everyone at Coopers Croft for their Dog Show. The home is a wonderful welcoming community and the Dog Show was just one example of the great work they do.’
