Swadlincote Care Home Rated One of Best in the East Midlands by Residents and Their Families

Swadlincote care home, Cadley Hill View, has been named a ‘Top 20 Care Home in the East Midlands’ in the prestigious carehome.co.uk awards.

This comes after recently being rated ‘GOOD’ in all key lines of enquiry by the CQC (Care Quality Commission).

Carehome.co.uk is a UK based care home review platform where residents, their families and their friends can rate care homes and leave comments about their experiences.

Reviewers are asked for their opinion on key parts of care home life and Cadley Hill View has been given five-star ratings in every review for their facilities, safety and security and cleanliness.

The awards recognised Cadley Hill View’s impressive review score of 9.9/10 on the leading care home comparison site. One resident at Cadley Hill View stated in their review,

‘I feel that it’s like belonging to a family who looks after you. I do feel cared for and appreciate how my family and friends are made welcome.’

Another review, left by a resident’s family member, said,

‘The care, attention and kindness shown by the team managed by the manager are exemplary. My [loved one] has loved taking part in the activities and developing friendships with others. The facilities and accommodation are superb. All of her needs are catered for and nothing is too much trouble.’
